Silencer Shop Foundation v. ATF challenging NFA registration post BBB

It looks like GOA has filed a suit challenging the NFA's registration requirement now that the BBB has eliminated the tax stamp. Since there is no tax, there should be no need to collect info for administering the tax law.

An update: SSF v ATF has been amended to include fifteen states as additional plaintiffs. Its a big boost but will it matter? I guess we'll find out.
