    I hate to post a Armed Scholar video, but I don't see another current video for it.

    ETA; Application (23A870) denied by Justice Sotomayor. Apr 11 2024, Application (23A870) refiled and submitted to Justice Thomas. Apr 30 2024.
    Thomas put it on the 05/16/2024 conference.

          Unfortunately, I do not expect three other Supreme Court members to join in granting certiorari to this case. I would of course love to be pleasantly surprised.
          A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

          The Second Amendment makes us citizens, not subjects. All other enumerated rights are meaningless without gun rights.
