Legalize it and tax it and cartels have no need to run the juju weed up here. If Trump gets in put a bounty on anyone caught bringing fentanyl or narcotics in. 100 bucks for ears 500 for Huevos. (LOL) The libs would go ballistic.

Tylenol is not schedule 3. Tylenol with Codeine in schedule 3. It is still illegal without a Rx.

In California the taxes are so high that the cartels can still make good money on untaxed black market weed. The system was setup by the D'rats so of course they did it wrong. They had to protect the revenue streams of their constituents.

I have no problem with this.
Science has already proven that cannabinoids do have legitimate medicinal uses.
Should have happened a long time ago.

Tax the crap out of it, and the illegal market continues. The war against drugs has been an expensive complete failure.

Our war on drugs has been a failure. Our legalization of drugs has been a failure.

The ONLY drug policy that actually works is severe prison time for use and the death penalty for trafficking/dealing like in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and China. You also have to have the conviction to actually enforce the laws and the sentences.

Nobody is saying smoke bong loads and run around with a ccw, but if somebody decides at night time that they want to smoke a joint in their home it's really no different than those of you who sip on a glass or two of wine. Any effects of THC clear a person's system rather quickly. Anybody that can smoke a bowl in their house at night and still be high in the morning, please PM me with the strain you are smoking and directions to your dispensary. I think those of you that are making this out to be decriminalization are barking up the wrong tree. But just my opinion.
Do believe it should be treated like alcohol.
Buy as much as you like, but enforce it like alcohol. DUI, shooting UI, public nuisance, et al.
Likely easier on the liver and kidneys.

As far as I know, there is no test that shows how much MJ is in your system.
A drug test just shows you have used MJ sometime in the resent past.

Campaign trial balloon. Nothing will happen. It's a major effort to reclassify drugs here. It also takes time. If he started this 3 years ago it might have happened but no way this could be completed before November.

So add this to "have it both ways" hamas support, forgiving student loan debt (ignoring the SC decision) and any other bribes Biden can think up to save his failing presidency.

I agree. Over the past month alone, inflation accelerated, the Federal Reserve canceled two of the three forecasted interest rate cuts, GDP growth missed expectations, and new hiring slowed. Plus, pro-Palestinian youth activists trashed half the d*mn university campuses.

The Biden administration has embarked upon a full emergency campaign of throw spaghetti at the wall and hope enough sticks.

Great - decriminalize it. Make users grow their own weed. Take the govt, cartels and weed shops out of the picture.

Immense disapproval of the Biden administration aside, I do believe that using marijuana should not disqualify any American from possessing or acquiring firearms, other than when actively intoxicated.
