In California the taxes are so high that the cartels can still make good money on untaxed black market weed. The system was setup by the D'rats so of course they did it wrong. They had to protect the revenue streams of their constituents.

The ONLY drug policy that actually works is severe prison time for use and the death penalty for trafficking/dealing like in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and China. You also have to have the conviction to actually enforce the laws and the sentences.

I have no problem with this. For those that are Hemming and hawing about allowing drug addicts to own guns I think you're a bit off on this one. Nobody is saying smoke bong loads and run around with a ccw, but if somebody decides at night time that they want to smoke a joint in their home it's really no different than those of you who sip on a glass or two of wine. Any effects of THC clear a person's system rather quickly. Anybody that can smoke a bowl in their house at night and still be high in the morning, please PM me with the strain you are smoking and directions to your dispensary. I think those of you that are making this out to be decriminalization are barking up the wrong tree. But just my opinion.

As far as I know, there is no test that shows how much MJ is in your system.
A drug test just shows you have used MJ sometime in the resent past.

I agree. Over the past month alone, inflation accelerated, the Federal Reserve canceled two of the three forecasted interest rate cuts, GDP growth missed expectations, and new hiring slowed. Plus, pro-Palestinian youth activists trashed half the d*mn university campuses.

Immense disapproval of the Biden administration aside, I do believe that using marijuana should not disqualify any American from possessing or acquiring firearms, other than when actively intoxicated.
