Now Maryland has joined the club along with NY, NY, HI, with Ca. soon to follow
with a new 'improved' concealed carry law that has an extensive list of sensitive places where carry is not allowed, including private property without authorization.

Senate bill SB1.

NRA has filed a suit almost immediately.

Man, I hope we can clean this mess up sooner rather than later.

Man, I hope we can clean this mess up sooner rather than later.

I hope so too. I have been dismayed over the suits though not putting a greater emphasis on the pre and post Bruen changes in the law. These states' laws (putting may issue aside) were relatively normal in regards to what was off limits.
I think putting the burden on the state to show why these changes are all of a sudden required at this time will work better than simply going after each new sensitive place in a vacuum.
