Those Who Wish to Sue Politicians Over Gun Legislation - Langerholc Gun Rights Bill

It may be limited to Pennsylvania, for now, but... Langerholc gun rights bill passes Senate

Here is the LegiScan on Pennsylvania Senate Bill 448.

The text of the bill can be found... Here.

...General rule.--No county, municipality or township may in any manner regulate the lawful ownership, possession, transfer or transportation of firearms, ammunition or ammunition components when carried or transported for purposes not prohibited by the laws of this Commonwealth...
I wonder why he would highlight the southeastern portion of the State as a problem for prohibiting things not prohibited by the State?

It couldn't be because they are a Democrat stronghold... Election Rewind: Pennsylvania county-by-county historical election maps

Thats a good bill and could slow efforts by the Wokesters to facilitate international law.
This is good time for 3rd party registered voters to think about re-registering in the Republican Party.
#1 We use your help in getting the Liz Cheny types out in primary .
#2 We use your help to develop strategies to win elections.
#3 We will enjoy watching as FAKESTEAM come unhinged as they have in Florida, where we now out number democrats by 700,000 from being down200,000
#4 High Republican registration makes election cheating much more difficult.
#5 Being a proud Republican might cause you to lose "Friends" you shouldn't have anyway.
#6 You will no longer be thought of as a coward or a dupe .

Great. More states need to do this. I know that Florida has a similar law. (Title XLVI, Chapter 790, Crimes, Weapons and Firearms)

I sent that to the people that are working on the State of Jefferson Constitution.
