      All non-violent ones for starts, though still remaining a felony for serving time, should not result in loss of a fundamental right.

        Too many crimes are felonies? Most of the cities in this state aren't even enforcing the laws that are currently on the books and look how things have gone to $h!t in the last year and a half especially.
