NRA's Attorneys Would Rather Dissolve the Organization than Reform It

NRA’s attorneys are telling the court that, if it finds corruption, it’s corruption that the board and the members find acceptable and do not wish to change.

The only conclusion the court could then reach would be: then dissolve the corporation.

The whole thing is incurably corrupt; it’s the only thing left to do. If the board and even the members are happy with the corruption, and refuse to deal with it, what else can the court do?

Those lawyers represent the management of NRA, not the members.
    Drain the swamp?

That's been my suggestion since the NRA stupidity began. With that, I'm accused of following Soros, the Democrats, the New York prosecutor, communists in general, not to mention visitors from outer space.

The NRA obtained its positioning back when it was actively SUPPORTED by the government. No newer organization will be able to enjoy that level of support again. Sorry, but the overly emotional people here don't understand the reality of losing the NRA as an organization. Dancing on the grave of the NRA as an organization does nothing more than encourage and empower the Left to go after the NEXT organization in line... and don't think they won't.

Supporting LaPierre being prosecuted is one thing, as is calling for prosecution or removal of the board. Cheering for the destruction of the entire organization so you can feel superior or pure is another.

by re-litigating grievances that this Court has
          already found meritless.

Kinda makes a person wonder if a certain Sniveling, Whining, CG member who repeatedly posts ANTI NRA, and WLP and BOD gots ta go posts. That parrot Leticia and her PR backers that got her elected.

Is actually not the same person [Movant] who repeatedly failed to get elected to the BOD he now shows such hatred for.

Another "take down WLP and BOD" post with a title that is nothing but supposition agenda of Anti WLP.

Based on an UNAUTHORED Blog. From an UNKNOWN SOURCE.

            NRA in Danger
NRA's internal scandals imperil its survival
Just who is this mysterious blogster that started their own "NRA IN DANGER", anonymous website for the sole purpose of defaming the NRA BOD?

And if their purpose is to "straighten out NRA issues". Why are they hiding behind an anonymous unauthored Blog? Who makes the unsupportable claim.

We are a group of NRA members, all life or above, who are concerned about where our organization is being taken.
            YEAH RIGHT .....

At least Leticia, Soros, Bloomberg and their like are openly Anti 2A/NRA..

              Re-read post #3.

I've not criticized the NRA per se, just WLP and the BoD.

Friends take this thread as an incentive to upgrade, promote and recruit New Members to the NRA
Doubling tripling, quadrupling membership will send a message to Soros and New York.
It will also help us to win close elections.

The NRA leadership is smart, principled and effective. That is exactly why they (we ) are being targeted .

The court might want to make an effort to find out what the members really want rather than taking the word of attorneys for the people responsible for the corruption.

I wonder what put a hair up someone's a** about NRA? I am tired of dealing with the 'purists' who say things like "NRA sold us out in 1934 and I'll never ever support them."

Great. Once you've posted your screed, move on and and wring your hands elsewhere.

I wonder what their motivation could possibly be ?
Too cheap or poor pay $25 bucks a year?

Too pure to accept sometimes compromises must be made for long term wins?

Too easily influenced by sworn enemies who cleverly mislead them ?

Too illiterate to read or too stupid to know how totalitarian governments eliminate guns in private hands?

Too cowardly to want to be identified as a member of a gun rights group, big media, democrat party and dumb comedians ridicule and demonize?

Too proud to acknowledge any group they are not part of could be of any value ?

Too brainwashed by Government schools, big media and social contacts to deny there is any threat to RKBA? ( They can never get all the guns)

Finally some might be 5th column plants who for whatever reason honestly believe guns in private hands are not a desirable aspect of society .

Now is the best time in USA history to upgrade, promote and recruit new NRA members.
Every person who joins or upgrades sends a powerful message, we are NOT buying what the gun grabbers are selling .

Of course the attorneys support this. It's how they get their kid's college paid for.

No matter who loses, the lawyers always win.
