Anyone remember which case has the statement to this effect?

I'm trying to find the citation for the case (of course I can't remember it), where the judges basically says they wouldn't want to expand firearm rights from the safety of their chamber / bench etc. so they couldnt' rule in favor of the RKBA.

That happen to ring a bell with anyone? On a timecrunch to submit something and for the life of me I can't pop a search to find this sentence. Trying to evidence a point of judicial abdication :/

Lawyer, but not your lawyer. Posts aren't legal advice.
