The Mexico case should have never been allowed to proceed at the district level. There was no standing.
that said. I think the SCOTUS has decided to continue to abdicate their responsibilities and it is getting a little obvious they don't want to touch the 2nd amendment cases.
The only silver lining I see here in not takeing the case is that the decision will not come out next summer right before the midterms and mess up the election like the abortion case did in 22. Best for this type of decision to come out in an off year where the left cant use it to rile up the base and turn them out.
