I don't think I've ever read a court ruling of any kind with that sort of clear language combined with a hint of poetic disgust for the actions of the lower court. If only we could have him in the 9th Circuit!I'm retired. That's right, retired. I don't want to hear about the cop who stopped you today or how you didn't think you should get a ticket. That just makes me grumpy!Comment

There was one years ago when the Ninth was trying desperately to avoid the death penalty in Kommiefornia and the U.S. Supreme Court responded to a last minute/ditch appeal (which came after several successive denied appeals) with "No means no."Comment
