Its too bad they require 16 hours of class and 2 hours of range training, otherwise I would apply. MY class was only 8 hours last year so I couldn't get an exemption.

Maybe DNC employee Seth Rich might still be alive if he had a DC CCW.

As it stands now, if you solve his murder, you could collect a lot of money
to pay for all the assorted CCW costs:

Anyone know just what is covered in the 16 hour class? Two hours of range time is not that much. Simply put, there is no such thing as too much training or practice, unless your wife wants to know why you spent the grocery and rent money on ammo.
