Funny how the term "soft on guns" takes on a different meaning in free states.
Gov. Asa Hutchinson has informed the Arkansas State Police that he believes a 2013 law made open carry of hand guns the law of the land in Arkansas and they should act accordingly.
Interesting that his view differs from the ruling court.
I wish there was a Gov. in CA that would see things this way but it will never happen in anyone's lifetime.
