    Tom Hoefling's Statement on 2A

A question occurs to me: Why have we had to work so hard for years to try to pass constitutional carry in the states? We already have constitutional carry in the clear words of the Constitution. All we really lack are representatives who are willing to conform to the Constitution, isn't it?

    Amendment II

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

What we lack are citizens who are willing to REQUIRE that their representatives obey the law. ALL the laws, not just the ones they agree with.

Somebody's gotta be the mole so it might as well be me. Seems to be working so far.

I think anyone whose taken an oath of office and then willfully violates the constitution should be summarily executed on the spot, but I'm a little bit extreme.

We haven't been following the Constitution for decades.
