Actually, when I was visiting Wales a year and a half ago, it was interesting to note that there were local newspaper articles stating that the Brits want their guns back, so that they can protect themselves because gun control doesn't work. It's a mess "over there", and has been, starting in the 60's. Post war rebuilding of the country gave way to the liberal/labor movement (which dumped Churchill) and gave more and more power over the masses of the undecided to the libs. The Pakastani "move in" also started then and has led to more of the above mentioned enclaves being filled with refugees and immigrants, most on some sort of government assistance, and causing as many political and social problems as they can muster up- with a goal. Socializing "everything" also has brought the economy down along with the working man's wages. The guns are gone and violent crime is way, way up, also as stated above. Multi-cultural-"ism" does not work, as we see there, and in Sweden, Germany, France, Norway, Denmark, the Netherlands and so on. Now this plague of liberal-"ism" and progressive-"ism" has descended upon us. Americans do not learn from the mistakes of other nations. I have an Aunt there, well into her 90's, and she is dependent on government pension and socialized medicine. Last I heard (and read) the Brit hospitals are overflowing with the sick, and waiting lines for routine healthcare are months and months long. It took her seven years to obtain a hearing aid, and even though needing long term care and hospitalization, she is cared for at home, by herself- with a weekly visit by a nurses aid for wound care. Chronic problems there with the NHS, it's funding and medical mistakes...and now here in America the libtards/progressives want to implement a system like that. Pray that this sort of rule never happen here, lest the working man ends up paying 70% of his paycheck in taxes (plus VAT on everything else, too) to support a failing system. No wonder the Brits dumped the current situation and voted for Brexit. This colonial son wishes them well. Watch out for them "isms", boys- they'll be a curse for all Americans.
