Once again background checks are the answer?! The Orlando murderer worked for a security firm and had a concealed carry permit. The San Bernadino murder also passed background checks. Until you take the politically correct handcuffs off of law enforcement these people will continue to pass any background check you throw at them.

If she truly thinks that this would solve the problem then why not include a federal right to purchase and keep these magazines for those that pass the background check. Arguably, if she is not trying to prevent those of us who can pass such a check from having them, how about a federal right to carry so that when the terrorist attack, we are equally armed?
