Wikipedia page has 1.1-1.12. Puerto Rico is 1.9. Remove Puerto Rico and we have 11. We can also count the number of states on the wikipedia page to get to the same number...11

as part time resident of a free state, I can offer what I know to be true.
1st off nearly every RKBA person is a registered Republican,from there we get out info about our favorite primary candidates and work for their nomination.

once elected the best qualified spoksperson stays in touch with each of our friends and suggests bills that will be in the best interest of safety,for us and society.

Of course, there is lots more,but the 1st step is to get gunowners in the GOP and to unify!
