To provide context, she was speaking of Roe v. Wade,"......which is rooted in the Constitution, women have this right to make this highly personal decision......"
Though Heller and McDonald are rooted in the Constitution as well, and unlike Roe, the right to a firearm is specifically mentioned. So why doesn't she believe that people have this right to make a highly personal decision to keep and bear arms?
