And all this time I thought it was designed so that the individual soldier could carry ammunition since it's smaller and lighter.
Then there's the obligatory lie, 'rapid bursts', that CLEARLY isn't even close to the truth but since this kind of agitprop is meant for those who have never nor will ever even get close to one of these guns who cares right?
But the bigger problem for the politicians is, if you allow people to sue gun manufacturers because the end user intentionally misused a firearm in a criminal act, what's to stop people for suing ANY manufacturer for the intentional misuse of ANY product? The 'lawsuit industry' is bad enough already but if this is allowed to happen the politicians KNOW they'll be sorry.
