GOP targets President Obama’s plan for executive action to increase gun control

Apresident (to be named later) decides, via executive order, that abortions would require a woman to get a background check that would identify the father of her ba....errr....fetal tissue, require a DNA test, and check to see if there were any mental issues that should be addressed. On top of that, she would be required to pay for that background check directly to a governmtent agency (aka NICS background fee). That government agency would promise that information would remain confidential and that the records would be sealed (wink...wink) And in certain states, this process might be subject to state-specific fees and long waiting periods (see CA). All this for a "right", that is not directly or indirectly recognized in the Constitution.

Assume that the 2nd Amendment stated, "The right to bear children only to abort them, shall not be infringed."

Let's face facts, it not about stopping crime, it is a complete disrespect for the Constitution, and a frustration caused by the lack ability to change it. This position is in the minority as evidenced by the fact that it would never make it out of a Congressional committee hearing, and not for Republicans, but for Democrats who would never go on record as being anti gun. They know they would get their asses handed to them next cycle..well many of them who pretend to be regular Americans during elections
