I am sure he'd LOVE to be able to do that, but life is fortunately a bit more complicated than that ,even for our Comrade Dear Leader. I know he'd just love to rule by decree, but there is that pesky Constitution and those crazy Republicans that won't have him have his way. Darn. How dare they?
