    Legality of PSA lowers

I just talked to my new FFL about ordering 3 palmetto state armory lowers.
He informed me that all PSA lowers are banned by name.
I have bought and sold a few PSA lowers before and never had this come up.
When I looked at the AW flow chart it does list "Palmetto SGA (all)
Can any of you wiz bang upstanding folk fill me in if they are legal?

The link to the lower in question http://palmettostatearmory.com/index...category/4282/

Find a new FFL. There is no reason that lower is banned.

      PA-15 <> SGA*

the palmetto on the ban list is Palmetto Armory, which is a different company than Palmetto State Armory

and it even appears that SGA was a typo since all their receivers were marked SGW instead.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?
