If you gave it to your wife, SHE fills out the OPLAW, and "X Family Member (Specify Relationship):Spouse " is correct.

Your wife might be using the old version of that form. Tell her to use the newest version...

It only asks the "ACQUIRED FROM" question and no longer asks the "HOW POSSESSION WAS OBTAINED" question. Strangely, the instructions on the new form still reference the "HOW POSSESSION WAS OBTAINED" question even though they removed that question from the actual form.
