Students Under 21 Hand Guns

I teach CJ at a career college. We have some students under 21 who want to know if they can rent hand guns for use at a range? Some will be 21 in the next few months but I can't find any restrictions from me "renting" them firearms at a range?

It's depend on each range, some allowed it, others not

Mmmmm, as long as someone in the group is 21, I think they are good to go. don't quote me though

General rule is PC 27505

(a) No person, corporation, or firm shall sell, loan, or
transfer a firearm to a minor, nor sell a handgun to an individual
under 21 years of age.

but there are exceptions with parents' permission.
