Vertical foregrip on a fixed mag AR

Since I can't seem to get a straight answer googling it, thought I'd ask here.

I have an AR15 with a Juggernaut Tactical Hellfighter making the mag fixed unless I break the action. Can I have a vertical foregrip on it, or is that "evil feature" still a no-no?

Fixed mag and AW rifle it's ok. Featureless no go.
