There is only a limit on a private person selling. There is no limit on purchasing. I bought the last 4 flats of 12 gauge dove loads on special yesterday.

To piggyback onto this thread, I have a question. If you have a California certificate of eligibility or COE and an FFL – 03 license, I’ve been told you can order ammunition online and have it sent directly to your door as well as bring back ammunition from an Oregon or Nevada gun show with zero issue. Period is that true?
