Well fellow CalGunners, I have an update to my CCW journey in Placer Co. It has been just over a year and I have received my CCW. I was blessed to have an awesome lawyer contact me from this site. He went to battle and won my case. I'm so thankful for his help. If anyone has been denied and needs a referral to a lawyer feel free to PM me and I can send you his info.

There is a process to follow when appealing through the court. I highly recommend if you were denied do not try to do this by yourself. I have a hunch the judge is denying everyone that appeals their denial. Unless you are a lawyer and a damn good one you will lose. No matter if they tell you it's an informal court hearing or not.
