    Address change

I changed my address less than a week ago and I thought I had all the guns I need before I moved, but - Of Course - I had to stop at the gun store and they had something there that I've been looking for and it was on sale.

i tried using the search feature, as it's a fairly simple question, but search wasn't functional, for me.

So I just want to be sure the process goes smoothly because I've never purchased a gun using this address .
The gun is on layaway and the paperwork process doesn't begin until I pay in full, 30 days from today, so I need to make sure I have my ducks in a row.
I don't have a CA - REAL ID So I'll have to bring my birth cert when I pay
Is there anything special I need to do ?

Every time I buy a gun I feel like it's a crapshoot, whether I'll actually walk away with my gun or throw my $$ away, but so far I've done OK every time...
Except for the time the FFLs permit was up for renewal and the DOJ found some reason to make things more complicated..

I've also been in the shop at times when a customer's purchase was rejected for some ridiculous 'I' that didn't get dotted, and I don't want to go through that.

    Thanks

You’ll need a govt issued document with your new address like vehicle registration.
