    If you have a few bucks, I would make my life easy by hiring one of many attorneys Calguns has on this forum. In my area our courts offer legal aid, but i would still hire an attorney as they know all the correct paperwork docs etc.

      i don't mind hiring atty in handling the leg work on this matter...i'll just have my divorce atty to ask for the fees from my soon ex...now if any atty here in the group can aid me in retrieving my guns i would be glad to retain your services, the guns in questions are worth about less than $8k, it's just that they have sentimental value than what they are actually worth.

        Sounds like you had a $13.00 an hour court clerk screw your paperwork.

        6K is alot for the amount of gun worth, but more important is getting your record clear.
