I can see Excremento banning all off roster here, after all, why not?

Seems that is one law they forgot to make.

When I worked for an FFL a few years ago, ppts in the state had to be face-to-face. Also, if I wanted an off-roster firearm, say a Gen 4+ Glock, the only way I could acquire it would be from an exempt person like a LEO. If I owned an off-roster firearm () I could also ppt it in the state.

Things may changed in the last few years...

      YMMV

So many gun laws and so much confusion. It does make it difficult to work within the boundaries when there are so many examples of what is and what is not allowed.
