Can I Sell Non Machined 80% and Jig Here?

I don't want to post in the for sale section until I find out if this is okay.

I have one 80% Lowers 80% virgin Non Machined AR Lower. And the 80% Arms Jig that has been used with all accessories. Can I legally sell that here?

I did some searching but couldn't find the proper information to answer my question.

Please let me know. I want to eventually find and FFL an get a letgit registered lower since I do live in California and don't want to deal with the hassle 80% lower might have in the future.

    Thanks in advance.

If your in L.A. be very careful, they are confiscating 80% lowers and UC's are setting up sales on this site then ripping people off. Recently officers raided a place in San Diego and took all their 80% stuff.

Can you legally - my understanding is yes

Should you? If you have one, a lot fewer problems to sell out of state

(Horrible answer / sell out answer- I know)
Rule 1- ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED

Rule 2 -NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DESTROY (including your hands and legs)

Rule 3 -KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET

Rule 4 -BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT
        (thanks to Jeff Cooper)

You might consider simply shelving it for a future that nobody can predict. At this time, it is simply a piece of metal, and the jig isn’t much more. It could be worth much, much more down the road.

Some CA cities/counties have recently passed laws that prohibits selling them in their jurisdiction.

So, you need to check the city/county ordinances of where you want to sell it, in order to determine if it is legal to do so or not.

Starting 07-01-2022, it will be illegal throughout CA to sell them unless it is done through a CA licensed firearm precursor parts vendor. [PC 30412(a),(b)]
