    Non-LEO Purchasing Off-Roster Handguns

I'm hearing things have recently (last 2 yrs) changed regarding purchasing off-roster hanguns from LEO via PPT.

I'm not aware of any changes. Admittedly I've been really busy with work so I've lost touch with the state of off-roster purchasing.

Has anything changed in the last 2 years specifically related to purchasing off-roster hanguns from LEO via PPT?

You will have to pardon us - it gets old, there are a hundred threads on this topic.

Nothing has changed as it relates to PPT from LEO. The same people who were buying and occasionally selling off roster guns to regular joes are still doing it legally.

However now there is a *new tier* of LE types who can now buy off roster guns, where before they could not. Those new class of LE types have restrictions on who they can sell them to. I don't want to say these new tier LE people are not real-LE, they are - but they are not front-line types like CHP/PD/Sheriff

Thx bro. That was literally my question.

I wasn't aware anything changed. A friend asked me about it because he knew I purchased off roster but it's been a couple of years.

If nothing charged great. If it had I was just hoping someone would point me in the right direction.
