    CA law regarding blocking magazines

It appears that the magazine needs to be permanently blocked through both Floor plate epoxied and riveted through the floor plate or sidewall.

The law posted above speaks to mags acquired prior to 2017......

    Thoughts?

The language uses the word "can" as in its a suggestion as to what they consider "permanent". There is no confirmed definition of what permanent actually means. A rivet can be drilled out and epoxied mags can also come apart.

If you own them why are you blocking them? You either owned them when they were grandfathered in or bought them during freedom week. In either case they a legal to own in their STANDARD CAPACITY.

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!
