LOC/CC on private property that is not yours

Maybe my Google fu is weak but I can't find any situation that matches my question. Can I LOC/CC on private property that is in unincorporated Sonoma county, gated and locked, and with owners permission? Thanks for any help, I hope I gave enough info.

Yes, but you may want to carry written permission from the owner in case some Karen gets persnickety.
Just taking up space in (what is no longer) the second-worst small town in California.
