FSC expires, still ok to own a gun ?

If you had a a valid FSC card, and you purchased a gun with the FSC. Then some time later , after you bought 100's more guns, then your FSC expires. Are you still legal to own the guns you purchased, or do you become prohibited when the FSC expires?

You are good. Just have to get another one before buying the next gun. Or have valid LTC or other exception.

If you like C&R stuff get a 03 and a COE. I think that eliminate the FSC.

Valid FSC is only required to acquire firearms and not required for owning firearms. [PC 31615]

Valid C&R 03-FFL and valid COE is only a FSC exemption for C&R firearms. [PC 31700(a)(6)]

Valid FSC or another exemption to the FSC is required for non-C&R Firearms.
