    It's been discussed ad nauseum. I don't know this particular firm's exact reasoning, but having reviewed the statute and regs closely, I certainly agree with their conclusion. I think the kingpin/armaglock and juggernaut tactical hell fighter place you in jeopardy because the action is not necessarily interrupted, thereby not constituting disassembly.

        Thanks for the link. I assumed that it had probably been discussed, just did not know which search terms to use.

        We are in agreement. Other than those systems that remove the rear pin, there is simply too much uncertainty for me. I will probably just take my lowers to Idaho and build true fully banned CA assault weapons (No BBs) with 30 round mags and maybe a suppressor.

          Yep. I think they're right on. Not sure if a competitor paid them to write it, but doesn't change the fact their logic is solid.
