Yes. But it is best to count hours. Some people have relied on counting by days and time of day, and gotten burned. For instance, when spring daylight savings happens during the ‘30 days’- people have gone at the time they thought they should after waiting 30 days, but that ended up being an hour early (719 hours) to DROS again and gotten rejected and the 30 day clock starts for them all over again.
720 hours after the clerk pushes the submit button. That is how long you wait, unless you have a 03FFL and COE then you have no 30 day wait, no limits but your wallet
If you go by the last pickup time/day on your last DROS, it takes into account the possibility of daylight savings time change happening during the 30 day window.Last edited by SkyHawk; 11-24-2018, 10:30 PM.Comment

Same with February... Generally, you're OK just adding 10 to the date. If it's the last week of the month, the 25th to the 5th is going to get you at 10 or 11 days for pickup, and going 25th to 25th is going to have you at 30 or 31 for the 1-every-30... except when February lops 2 days off of the month and you go in on March 25th instead of the 27th
