    help, complicate situation to manage

    Hello,
I have a complicate situation, difficult to manage and I Ask for any advice which could help me.
I am under visa (work visa, special worker) renewal and I own 3 pistols.
Now the problem is, what will happen if the visa will not get renewed ?
I can come back to US as a tourist but will I be allowed to sell my guns without a driver license ? Because if the VISA won't be renewed I will lose my driver license.
I am not sure if I will have a I94 after my visa status changes from worker to simple tourist.
Of course I will be forced to sell my guns but, how to sell them ?

To give you complete information, I have a hunter license and a FSC.

    thank you

    Rick

Have a friend lined up who will buy the guns or a dealer who will buy them.

You can come to the US and hunt as a foreign national. You can legally bring firearms with you for the hunt.

As far as I know, you cannot leave firearms in storage when you lose your right to stay in the US under a H1B or similar visa.

Who helped you file your work visas? Who was the attorney involved or did the employer handle it all?

As a tourist, you cannot own a gun in america....

Two thoughts- you are dealing with a huge government... Immigration is now asking about firearms training for applicants.... I don't know how this could impact a green card interview....

Second- This law firm might be able to help you out based upon articles they have written

What do you have, and how much are you looking to get out of it?
In case it wasn't obvious, nothing I write here should be interpreted as legal advice.

Well I am under the H visa exception as a visa holder being a special worker and I have a hunter license so for this reason I Am allowed to have guns in USA. I also know several people who has a H visa and falls into the exception having a hunter license.
A lawyer from my company is doing all paperwork for visa renewal but these things are not automatic and I have to think what will happen if it will not be renewed. I have been thinking to give it to a friend (donate to him), and have them him to manage the sale of firearms for me.

Hello, maybe you refer to the question found in DS-160 "Do you have any specialized skills or training, such as firearms etc" ?
I believe this only refers to special skills like military training right ?
if you have been part of a foreign army or had special forces training.
This possibly does not apply to me since I am an "Average" normal person shooting at the range just for fun...

Yes I fall into the exception of having a hunter license.
              thanks for your hints.
