I never knew it was that fast. While I'd want to get both a COE and FFL 03, is there any benefit to the COE by itself?

Did you get the Live Scan done first? If so, how long did that take until you received your ATI number to use on the COE application?

You get the ATI number when you have the Livescan done.

Not surprised. Two of my colleagues applied for COE and got it quickly.

Similar experience here. Did the Livescan and then filled out COE app via the CFARs website on a Saturday. Had the COE in my email Tuesday AM.

Applied COE, approved next day!
