Switching upper from a RAW to a featureless lower???

Is it legal to take a featureless upper that is on a RAW lower and then put it on a featureless lower and shoot it at the range on the featureless lower?

Does the lower have a grip fin, e.g. no pistol grip? Does the upper have any AW features such as a forward pistol grip, telescoping or folding stock, flash suppressor? More information is needed to answer your question.

Disregard, I see you mentioned that the upper is featureless also.

Yes no problem with doing that. Some people do not understand when you said featureless upper,They post irrelevant info.
