    Shipping ammo OUT of state

I'm trying to sell some ammo to someone outside of California, and while I'd assume the new ammo transfer laws don't apply (since they should only apply to CA buyers), I want to be absolutely (or, knowing how capricious these laws are, at least beyond a reasonable doubt) certain I won't run into any legal problems here.

In particular, has anyone here, as a private party, shipped much ammo out of state? Did you run into any problems with it?

Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere, but the only thread I could find just devolved into an argument about completely unrelated laws and never actually answered the question.

    Long story, short.
    No USPS.
Yes Fed Ex and UPS, labeled as ORM-D, small arms cartridges, and not at their "stores" only the shipping centers.
Might be able to arrange pick up, I've never tried.

Only ship where legal to ship, as we aren't the only state with jacked up laws.
