    Assault Rifle description

So, as of this date 7/12/18, what actually defines a rifle as an assault weapon?

Where can I get an actual up to date list?

And the point must be made...
OF course that is how Commiefornia law defines it as Commiefornia
politicians use infringing legislation to demonize semi-auto mag fed rifles.
We know they are not "assault rifles" never were and never will be.

Never lose sight of that and be careful how we use the term.

Is that chart still accurate? Or does it need updating to match the CRPA chart, since the BB redefinition by the state as part of an 'Assault' weapon?

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!

The same thing that defined an assault weapon on December 31, 2016
The only difference is the verbiage was changed from "Able to accept a detachable magazine" to "Does not have a fixed magazine"

The BB in and of itself is NOT an "evil feature" as some ignorant FFLs claim.
The BB is simply no longer a valid compliance device to avoid AW status.
