Do I have to register Beretta M9?

So I just registered my rifles on CA DOJ but I also have a Mossberg 590A1 pump action shotgun and a Beretta M9 handgun (no modifications or anything on either). Do I have to register these there, as well? Sorry I've been looking all around the internet for like an hour and can't find anything definitive.

Why would you have to register either? Does the Mossberg have any of the AW distinguishing features? Same Q for the M9.

Is your Mossberg shotgun an assault rifle? Is your M9 handgun an assault rifle? No. No further action needed.

Nope. M9 is fine, and your 590A1 doesn't have any of the features to qualify for assault shotty

Did you just move here from out of State? Did you purchase your firearms here in California?

If you bought these guns legally within California from an FFL within the last few years, your guns are already registered with the state as part of the DROS/transfer process.
