    Use search on 80% ers . When you say build+ assemble from parts and drosed receiver or 80%?

        Legal to do even in California. Easiest to use a fully built receiver which can be obtained from various vendors and shipped to your FFL where they can be DROS'd to you.

        Get the appropriate "parts kit" and assemble into a featurless rifle.

        Done.

        Just be sure to also comply with the Federal requirements related to the maximum number of allowed imported parts. That law is called "922r"
