Question on selling semi auto with BB + paddle grip

I have a Hi Point 995TS with bullet button. I have installed a paddle grip.

Can the carbine be sold in current configuration, or does the bullet button need to be removed/replaced?

bullet button makes it an "assault weapon" because you can fire more clips per minute
