Online Ammo Sales to C&R and CoE holders

Has anyone found any online ammunition retailers that will ship to you if you are in possession of both a FFL 03 and a valid CoE?

You might contact Bear Bullets in Gardnerville, Nevada. They are reloading experts that do reloading that is legal from what they said to ship into California. They might know ammo discounters willing to ship so long as it does not violate federal law. Their attitude is on their sticker and it says "Don't much care how they do it in California..."
