My friend in California was planning on doing a couple of 22lr shoots at his local range. He was planning on supplying the 22lr ammo. One shoot is a Youth Shoot for youngsters to learn how to shoot. There is no charge to the kids. The other is an adult match where the entry fee is $10 but the winnings are split up between the winners. He wants to supply that ammo for that match so everyone shoots the same ammo to keep it fair. With the prop 63 law can he give the participants the ammo legally?
