Registering ACR problems

Well I've had my ACR kicked back a few times. My first attempt I put bushmaster as make of rifle. They kicked it back saying that bushmaster is not marked on receiver.

After going over the rifle again, it doesn't say bushmaster anywhere but B.F.I. (Bushmaster Firearms international). Kick back said to mark BFI as make, well BFI is not an option as make on their list.

I tried using custom as make and again kicked back saying to select BFI as make. Has anyone else been able to register an ACR?

Are you using the "comments" section to explain that BFI is not on there drop down menu? You can also open up an "issue log" on the CFARS website.

Yea I used comments section to let them know it's not in drop down menu. I'll try the issue log thanks

I have a Bushmaster M17 and it is marked BFI. they registered it without issue. I would just note it in the comments.
