    1894 Trapper sbr

Can anyone help me figure out definitivly if a 15" trapper with a C&R letter removing it from the NFA can be transferred in CA. I cant seem to find anything that would exempt it, and DES wont take anything under 16 anyway, but I notice C&R exemptions mentioned on the net here and there but cant actually find anything other than 12020 that says ALL SBRs are illegal.

Yes it can. Once it's taken off the NFA list and certified by BATFE as a curio and relic it's good to go...as a curio and relic.
I currently have a Win. 94 back in WV undergoing it's certification. Took quite a bit of research to find out the process.
If you go to the NFA website they have a list of SR#'s that have been certified as C&R's.

So, now it is ironic that the State whittles away at the right of its citizens to defend themselves from the possible oppression of their State.
