The Heizer Defense PAK-1 is CA legal, but it is not listed on the Roster of Handguns Certified for Sale and it does not meet the single-shot pistol exemption (SSE2).Any idea if this pistol in legal in california 762x39 pistol

In order to qualify for the single-shot pistol exemption (SSE2), it needs a minimum barrel length of 6" and a minimum overall length of 10.5".sigpic
