Was able to access it couple days ago.
Most likely your work banned DOJ website.

Just got an email from CRPA saying that exact date, name and address of person or business acquired from is not required.

Well ****, I just realized I submitted one of mine with the wrong firearm origin. Now what?

OK. Does it matter if the co-registrant would have been a minor at that date? Co-registrant is ~21 now but would have been ~16 around the acquire date.

I didn't see the email - Did they say why? Did DOJ recently change their position on this or something? Because up until now, DOJ has been adamant that we need to put precise, accurate information in those sections, and they've been bouncing back apps that fail to do so.
Settle down, folks. The new "ghost gun" regulations probably don't do what you think they do.

                No problem, that's fine.

Ok I just read the email. It doesn't exactly say that we don't need to put exact information. It says that one person was able to convince DOJ to accept their best estimates, after some back-and-forth, but specifically says that we shouldn't count on that always being the case.

In any case, if you don't put the exact (and correct) info for a post-2014 firearm, expect it to get bounced back.

                      ^That part is important.

DOJ will almost certainly bounce back any post-2014 firearms where the information isn't accurate, and we should NOT count on them working with us and eventually accepting our guesstimates.

The best strategy is still to find the accurate info using whatever means you can.

I PPTd a completed 80% rifle to my fiance.

is my fiance able to register this as an AW without a DOJ issued serial number since it was registered to her about 2 years ago through PPT?

I’ve been waiting over 5 months for my 2 rifles to be approved. Waited 90 days and then called and was told she didn’t see anything wrong and that I’d have to wait 120 days and then call back. Waited 120 days with no change and called in and was told to submit an issue via the website. I did and was told they were trying to get the manufacturer added to the drop down list. Waited another 5 weeks and asked again when I could expect the make to be added and was told there was no time line available and I’d be contacted when it was added. Weeks later still nothing. Checked the drop down and it’s still not there. Almost 6 months because they can’t add a manufacturer to the drop down box! Nothing crazy about the rifles. Bought through a local shop in 2016. Did a co registration with my wife as secondary. Nothing on hers of course either.

Same exact problem here. And same exact responses from DOJ when I've asked them about it.

All my applications for all my guns are sitting in Purgatory indefinitely while they figure out how to add one manufacturer to their list. About to start month 4 of my waiting.

In the time it's taken them to deal with my queries about the status, they could've just added my manufacturer to the stupid list.

They told me the same thing about "I'll be contacted when the manufacturer has been added", but I'm not holding my breath on that one.
